Mathematics World Cup
Do not use Internet Explorer to view pages. The functionality works best with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
Students take part in a 30-minute session at any point over a two-week period. They compete with pre-recorded classes on screen as well as with classes internationally.
All mainstream classes of 7–11-year-olds can take part. If you have students with specific learning needs or physical disabilities, please get in touch and we will let you know how your students can be part of the World Cup.
Take part anytime between that is convenient for you.
Yes, you can download questions at different attainment levels for the children in your class.
It’s a 30-minute pre-recorded session, but you can pause the video if your class needs more time.
Yes, you can preview the session ahead of the competition.
Teachers are responsible for behaviour and safety in their classrooms. All other teacher input, such as entering scores, will be prompted by the presenter.
Yes, this has been run and tested in many small classrooms, and no additional space is required. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss your specific classroom space.
No, we do not collect personally identifiable information on children in the Mathematics World Cup.
Numbertots
Numbertots is aimed at children aged 3-5 (Early Years) but can also be used with younger children to help provide a head start.
The annual Numbertots subscription includes: Numberbug video adventures, activity booklets, and the Numbertots Floormat suitable for up to 8 players.
The Numbertots kit is made up of: a 2 m wide floor mat, heavy light bags and stickers.
If you are playing along with the kit there are resources for up to 8 players.
Each video runs for approximately 15-20 minutes but you can pause as often as you like. We recommend you give yourself 5 minutes to set up your Numbertots kit.
Each session is a stand alone active learning adventure teaching a different topic from the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. You can play along to the video, with the additional topic resources, then complete the topic based activity book to reinforce the learning.
Everything you need is provided as part of the subscription.
Mathematics World Series
Each session runs for roughly 45 minutes, we recommend you leave 10 minutes before the session for set up.
Each session starts with a warm up, where students practise key concepts such as times tables. This is followed by two activities using topic based question cards, and ending with mindfulness. All of our warm ups and activities are led by the Numberfit facilitator over your screen and are physically active and fun.
Six competition sessions run by a Numberfit facilitator over your screen to play whenever you choose. Differentiated mathematics worksheets on a variety of topics that can be used alongside any competition session. A leaderboard to see your teams ranking compared to others from around the world.
You can participate in the Mathematics World Series using a SMARTboard or projector found in most classrooms.
Numberleague LIVE
The Numberleague is aimed at children aged 7-11, KS2: years 3-6, to compete from their classroom.
In a live subscription your class will benefit from the ability to compete live against other classes seen over your SMARTboard or projector. You will also get Answermats and question cards delivered to you as part of an equipment bundle, these save teachers marking time.

Numberprep
Numberprep is for students of all ages and covers Primary, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A Level, maths and science, as well as Additional Maths / Further Maths. Tuition is available both for families and schools. Schools can also access extra government funding to help students who need it the most.
We’re also giving away limited hours of free tuitions to students who need it the most. This initiative is focussed around helping children catch up from missed school due to the pandemic.
All sessions are 1:1 online. Sessions can be arranged for small groups on a case to case basis. Contact us at tuition@numberfit.com to learn more.
Numbertracks
The Numbertracks subscription combines our educational resources into one package deal including Lesson Laps and Times Table Circuits. Providing a holistic approach to education combining maths, movement and mindfulness in line with the National Curriculum for England for KS1 and KS2 pupils.
Times Table Circuits
Times Table Circuits are aimed at children aged 5-14
KS1: Years 1-2
KS2: Years 3-6
KS3: Years 7-9
to complete in their classroom or be set as home learning.
Beginner: A slow pace of questions asked in order with simple exercises. All answers are given.
Intermediate: A medium pace of questions asked in a mixed order with some more challenging exercises. Answers are not provided.
Advanced: A fast pace with answers expected immediately, a mixed question order including division and the most challenging exercises. Answers are not provided.
